Since its opening on July 10, 2025, the luxury hotel Isle de Léos, located in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue in the Vaucluse, has been the scene of successive resignations and serious accusations concerning its management. According to information published by the magazine Voici and relayed on October 17, 2026 by Gala.fr, several employees have left the establishment denouncing the methods of its former general director, Emmanuel Borla.
The affair comes at an already delicate moment for the singer. Patrick Bruel was indicted in June 2025 for rape, attempted rape, assault, and sexual harassment. The hotel crisis adds a new chapter to a series of judicial setbacks.
Resignations in a cascade within the establishment
According to the exclusive information from Voici dating from Friday, October 16, 2026, several key figures have left the hotel since its opening. Yon Masurel, director of the bistronomic restaurant, Aurélien Warny, pastry chef, and Coralie Saorin, who headed the spa L'Olivier de Léos since November 2025, have all left their positions.
The magazine points to tensions related to the management of Emmanuel Borla, a man personally recruited by Patrick Bruel. According to the testimonies gathered, several employees blame him for difficult managerial methods, including shouting at employees and sexist remarks toward female staff members.
“When a director arrives in the morning and yells at his employees to the point of making them cry, when he makes sexist remarks to female staff, it is not normal...”
That testimony was given by a former member of the staff. The departure of Yon Masurel was motivated by these tensions. According to Voici, he even raised the issue directly with Patrick Bruel. In September 2026, Coralie Saorin denounced “an environment that does not foster respect” in a LinkedIn post.
A moral harassment complaint against the former general director
According to Voici, Emmanuel Borla is also the subject of a complaint for moral harassment. At this stage, the accusations reported by the magazine must be distinguished from judicially established facts.
Some former employees have also implicated the attitude of the establishment's owner. According to the testimonies gathered by the magazine, Patrick Bruel would have been informed of the difficulties encountered by the employees without questioning the continuation of his general director.
“For me, Patrick Bruel left the employees in danger; he knew what was going on and decided to do nothing.”
That accusation was made by a former employee of the establishment. Some employees blame the singer for having supported Emmanuel Borla despite the complaints expressed.
Management in question, resignations as an outcome
According to the information reported by the magazine, the situation has taken a new turn. Emmanuel Borla has submitted his resignation, as has the director of human resources.
It remains to be seen whether these changes will ease the tensions and restore the teams' confidence. This affair comes at a delicate period for Patrick Bruel.
